When making a reservation, please write your flight departure time first and then specify the time you want to be picked up from the hotel. It is recommended to be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight for international flights and 1.5 hours before your flight for domestic flights.

We have an airport pick-up team. If you have not requested a pick-up service, our staff will direct you to the vehicle location.

You can cancel or change your transfer reservation 24 hours before the time of your transfer without any interruption.
